You are entitled to return an item within 30 calendar days from the date it was received. Kindly ensure that the item is repackaged in its original packaging, complete with all cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation initially provided. Returned items must exhibit no signs of physical damage.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vetroo.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
VETROO will issue a refund for the cost of the returned items, inclusive of sales tax. However, unless an error attributable to VETROO has occurred, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it immediately and notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify the issue.
To expedite the exchange process, return the undesired item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary for banks and credit card companies.
