Vetroo Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
Shipping Time and Restrictions:
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the 48 contiguous states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Replacement:
For products within the warranty period:
If the order is under six months old and the damage is not caused by the user, it will be replaced free of charge.
If the order is over six months old but still within the warranty period, and the damage is not caused by the user, a free replacement will be provided; however, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds and Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. To initiate a return, contact support@vetroo.com.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Please report any lost or damaged items within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
